Injury Reporting & Workers' Compensation

Employees
所有员工受伤必须报告. Employees must:
- Sign a copy of the WC Medical Providers list (disponible en Español).
- Complete the 员工工伤报告表 (disponible en Español).
- Submit it within 24 hours of the injury occurring.

Supervisors
所有员工受伤必须报告. Supervisors must:

- Fill out the Supervisor's Report.

Unpaid student interns must:
